Exciting new features in nRF Connect SDK 2.8.0 and 2.9.0

• Support for nRF54L10 and nRF54L05, including emulated targets on nRF54L15 DK

• Support for Matter 1.4
• Experimental Channel Sounding reflector and initiator samples
