The shareholders of Nordic Semiconductor ASA are invited to the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting on Tuesday April 20, 2021 at 09:15. Due to the coronavirus, the annual general meeting will be held digitally, using electronic voting.
By attending online, shareholders will access a live webcast of the meeting, submit questions relating to the items on the agenda and cast votes on each item on the agenda.
No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but you must be logged in before the meeting starts.
