Nordic Semiconductor and Rutronik expand distribution agreement to India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan

Nordic Semiconductor and Rutronik have extended their successful distribution agreement to include India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Nordic is already a well-known and established brand in South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries, however the latest Rutronik tie-up will further extend Nordic’s footprint in the region and provide local developers with greater access to the company’s full suite of low power wireless connectivity solutions and development tools. 

Complete portfolio of IoT connectivity solutions 

Rutronik is one of the world’s largest broadline distributors of electronic components, with more than 1,900 employees across 76 sales offices, generating annual sales of $1.35 billion (€1.24 billion). The company will offer Nordic’s complete portfolio of short range, cellular IoT, Wi-Fi and power management solutions, including the newly launched nRF54L Series of wireless SoCs and the nRF9151 low power SiP. It will also provide a complete technical support service from design concept to production, including device selection, design validations, and RF tuning.

nRF54 Series delivers increased processing power
